Nostrano BBQ: Creating exceptional barbecue is an art and a science and you won’t find a more delicious result than our traditionally prepared meats, cooked low and slow in the presence of mesquite, hickory, and cherry wood smoke.  We only use the highest quality ingredients and our herb & spice rubs, marinades and sauces are all homemade from unique recipes developed right here at Nostrano.  Everything is prepared with the philosophy that one little thing by itself doesn’t mean anything, but when you put all those little things together, then people are going to ask you about your cooking. Smoked delicacies include:
  • Pork Ribs – baby back ribs smoked low and slow in the presence of hickory
  • Pulled Pork – pork shoulder (picnic) slow smoked in the presence of hickory
  • Beef Brisket – lavender rubbed brisket smoked low and slow in the presence of mesquite
  • Pork Crown Roast - hickory smoked pork crown roast glazed with maple or apricot compote and served with apple-peach chutney
Unique side dishes include roasted red pepper hummus, mediterranean pasta salad, spinach artichoke dip, roasted garden vegetables, Texas toast, Maine crab cakes, smoked salmon, sausage with peppers, and habanero flank steak along with traditional classics including zesty baked beans and coleslaw.
