TV Spot Co-op

The Bar Harbor Chamber of Commerce runs over 10,000 TV commercials in the Greater Boston and Portland markets. The commercials air from the end of April to the middle of June. This is a 30 second spot advertising campaign designed to stimulate viewers about vacation possibilities in the Bar Harbor area. The commercials will be viewable by over 1.25 million people. The Chamber offers to co-op a portion of these spots to the Chamber membership. This is a great opportunity to affordably promote your business on TV to the Greater Boston and Portland markets.

How It Works
The Chamber will be running 30 second "Come to Bar Harbor" TV spots. This is your chance to co-op with these spots. Approximately 10 seconds of these spots can be co-op for you to promote your business. The first 20 seconds will be a generic message about coming to Bar Harbor followed by a seamless transition into an advertisement for your business, making the commercial feel as it was designed just for you.

Cost:
$1500 for 100 spots in Great Boston and 50 spots in Portland.
$1,000 for every addition 150 spots.
Businesses are responsible for producing ad materials for the TV co-op. Production costs for the TV spots are included in the total cost.
